Why clump them together?

Because they pair like the worst peanut butter and jelly sandwich you’ve ever had. One, unfortunately, begets the other.

Struggling to get out of bed in the morning can cause stress over how many other things you’re going to have to do just to be able to get back into your bed at night.

Nervousness about how to say “no” can lead to overwhelming sadness, because it feels impossible to do.

Always feeling as though there are not enough hours in the day lands you in a pit of despair.
